- Short Bio:
- My name is Yi Liu. I was born in Beijing, China, and my major is Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I came to the University of Glasgow in 2022 to pursue my Master's degree, and in 2024, I began my PhD studies. My research focuses on developing cryogenic MCUs for quantum technologies, and I am currently working on designing high-frequency cryogenic amplifiers and related nanodevices. In my free time, I enjoy playing the accordion, and participating in various sports. My favorite activities are skiing and swimming. I am thrilled to be part of the academic community at the University of Glasgow and am dedicated to advancing the field of quantum technology through my research.
